Privilege does not
pause at 7pm.

The practice

The cleaning crew sees the case file.

A law firm after hours is covered in privileged material: deposition transcripts on a conference table, client names on a whiteboard, discovery boxes staged for trial. The cleaning scope has to treat that as a security question, not a housekeeping one.

Privileged material is everywhere

Desks, war rooms, copy areas, and conference tables hold client material overnight. The crew works around it under a written rule rather than deciding case by case.

Consistency is a security control

The same named crew every week means your staff knows exactly who belongs in the building. Rotating subcontractors defeat that, which is why Qinti uses W-2 employees.

Trial season changes the building

War rooms, staged exhibit boxes, and late-working associates change what can be cleaned and when. The scope names how those rooms are handled.

The scope

Clean around documents, never through them.

The written scope states exactly how paper is treated, which rooms are restricted, and who is permitted to enter them. These are the terms Qinti works to.

The paper rule

Documents are never moved, stacked, straightened, filed, or shifted between desks. Surfaces are cleaned around them, and anything blocking a surface is simply left alone.

Restricted rooms

War rooms, records storage, server rooms, and managing-partner offices are excluded, serviced under escort, or serviced on a documented access log, whichever your firm requires.

A named, vetted crew

Crews are background-checked W-2 employees, not rotating subcontractors. Qinti submits the crew roster in advance, works to your badge and sign-in procedure, and will sign a non-disclosure agreement covering anything seen on site.

Confidential waste stays yours

Shred bins and confidential waste are left for your own vendor. Qinti removes general trash and recycling only.

Client-facing rooms

Reception, conference rooms, and the visitor path reset nightly, because that is what a client sees before a single word is said.

Restrooms, breakrooms, floors

The ordinary janitorial core runs on the same recurring standard as any professional office.

How we begin

The confidentiality terms come first.

For a firm, the access agreement matters more than the cleaning checklist. Qinti settles it before quoting the work.

Complimentary walkthrough

We walk the floor with your office administrator, identify restricted rooms, and agree how documents, war rooms, and after-hours access are handled.

Written scope and frequency

You receive the scope, the excluded and escorted rooms, the paper rule in writing, and a non-disclosure agreement covering anything seen on site.

One-week paid pilot

Qualified recurring accounts may begin with a one-week paid introductory pilot, followed by a joint review before ongoing service is approved.

Ongoing service

Crews are background-checked Qinti W-2 employees with supervisor checks against the written scope. Qinti has served Los Angeles-area clients since 2008 and is insured and bonded.

Over the years, they have consistently provided outstanding service.

Useful questions

Before we walk the floor.

Firm administrators ask about confidentiality before they ask about price. These are the questions we hear.

Will your crew sign a confidentiality agreement?

Yes. Qinti will sign a non-disclosure agreement covering the firm layout, access routines, and any client material observed on site. Crews are background-checked W-2 employees rather than rotating subcontractors.

How do you handle documents left out overnight?

Crews clean around documents and never through them. Papers are not moved, stacked, straightened, filed, or shifted between desks. Where a document blocks a surface, that surface is left alone rather than cleared.

Can we exclude certain rooms entirely?

Yes. War rooms, records storage, server rooms, and individual offices can be excluded outright, serviced only under escort, or serviced on a documented access log. The decision is written into the scope before service begins.

Will we get the same crew each visit?

That is the intent, and for a law firm it is a security control rather than a convenience. Qinti submits the crew roster in advance so your staff and building security know exactly who should be in the suite.

What happens during trial preparation?

Tell us which rooms are staged and they are left untouched for the duration. Many firms flag a war room for weeks at a time, and the scope simply suspends service to that room until you release it.
