Your arrival window (at least 1 hour) will be communicated when you book your appointment. To ensure quality service for all valued customers, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times. We'll text you 48 hours before your scheduled service to confirm.
Typical service takes 2-5 hours depending on your property size and service type. You're welcome to be home or away. First appointment: We require at least one person home when our team arrives and when they leave.
Our team always performs a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets our standards. First appointment: We ask that you join us for the walkthrough to ensure you're 100% satisfied with our service.

We only accept credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. No cash or checks.
Service Payment: Pay management only - not the cleaning team. However, if you'd like to tip, cash given directly to your cleaning team is greatly appreciated.
*Invoices not paid within 24 hours may incur a $25 late fee.
