Why "Qinti"?

"Qinti" means hummingbird in Quechua, an indigenous language of Peru. When Olga Risco was choosing a name for her company, she wanted something that honored her Peruvian heritage while capturing the essence of what great cleaning service should be.

Our Founding Story

In Peru, Olga Risco studied business administration while working as a secretary for various government officials, a role where she learned that excellence comes from careful attention to detail. When she immigrated to the United States, Olga began working as an independent housekeeper to support herself and her family. It was there that she discovered how to translate that precision into exceptional cleaning service.

Olga's meticulous work quickly distinguished her from others in the industry. She understood that her clients wanted more than someone who could clean. They wanted someone they could always trust and rely on. Her reputation for excellence and genuine care grew through word of mouth, and her client base expanded rapidly as customers recommended her to friends and neighbors.

In 2008, as demand for her services continued to grow, Olga officially established Qinti Cleaning as a business.
