We collect applicant phone numbers and SMS responses for job screening and hiring communication when applicants check the SMS consent checkbox on our careers page or text APPLY to our recruiting number after seeing a job listing or flyer.

We use SMS data only to conduct job applicant screening, follow up about incomplete screenings, send completion and next-step messages, and support interview scheduling for qualified applicants.

4.2 Types of SMS Messages

Messages you may receive include:

• Initial screening questions about your experience, availability, transportation, and work preferences
• Follow-up messages if you have not responded to a screening question
• Confirmation messages when screening is complete
• Next-step and interview scheduling messages, which may include links such as Calendly or Qinti Cleaning scheduling links
• Responses to questions you ask about the position or company

4.3 Automated and AI-Assisted Screening Tools

We may use automated systems or AI-assisted tools to ask screening questions, summarize applicant responses, and help determine next steps. Qinti Cleaning reviews and manages the hiring process.

4.4 Message Frequency and Costs

A typical screening session involves approximately 15-20 text messages plus up to 3 follow-up messages if you do not complete the screening. Message frequency varies based on the role, your responses, and whether interview scheduling is needed.

4.5 Opting Out of SMS

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message from our recruitment number
