Before You Apply
You are applying to join Qinti as a W-2 employee, not as an independent contractor. Our team is based in the South Bay, and we look for people who are reliable, friendly, and take pride in careful work. You do not need previous cleaning experience to apply. Paid training helps you learn our methods, and working alongside an experienced team gives you a chance to build your skills on real visits.
Have your current phone number, weekly availability, transportation details, and work history ready. Use a phone number where you can receive screening messages, and list the days you can consistently work rather than a schedule you could only manage occasionally. The minimum availability is three days per week. Review the two roles above before choosing: Team Leads need their own vehicle and English fluency for driving and client communication; the Cleaner role can be performed primarily in Spanish.
We use customized software to keep household preferences and visit priorities available to the cleaning team. Those details help you understand what matters at each home instead of relying on memory alone. After submitting your application, follow the instructions on the confirmation screen to begin the short text screening in English or Spanish.
