The branch

Cleaning a branch is not cleaning an office.

A branch has zones an office does not: a teller line, a cash handling area, a vault, and a lobby that has to look immaculate at open. Access rules, not square footage, drive the scope.

Retail branches

Lobbies, teller lines, customer seating, glass, and restrooms reset after close so the branch opens looking untouched.

Credit unions

Member-facing areas and staff space on the same recurring standard, scoped around your own access and audit requirements.

Back office and operations

Staff offices, breakrooms, and workrooms serviced on the agreed schedule, with secure zones handled separately.

Access and scope

Every zone has a rule before anyone enters.

The branch scope is written as an access document as much as a cleaning document. These are the terms it sets.

A named, vetted crew

Crews are background-checked W-2 employees, not rotating subcontractors. Qinti submits the crew roster in advance, works to your badge and sign-in procedure, and will sign a non-disclosure agreement covering anything seen on site.

Vault and cash handling

Cash handling areas and the vault are serviced only while open and with authorized personnel present. Crews are never left unaccompanied in those areas, and the scope says so explicitly.

Badges and sign-in

Crews work to your identification, sign-in and sign-out, and screening procedure on every after-hours visit, confined strictly to authorized zones.

After close by default

Branch service is scheduled outside operating hours so no cleaning happens in front of members, and the window is fixed rather than variable.

Lobby and teller line

Glass, counters, customer seating, floors, and touchpoints reset nightly, because the lobby is the first thing a member evaluates.

Restrooms and staff areas

Fixtures, floors, restocking, breakrooms, and back-office space on the recurring schedule.

How we begin

Security review, then scope.

Most branches need the vetting settled before a walkthrough can even be scheduled. Qinti works to whatever order your institution requires.

Complimentary walkthrough

We tour the branch with your operations or security contact, map authorized and restricted zones, and confirm alarm, badge, and escort procedure.

Written scope and frequency

You receive the scope, the crew roster for verification, the access and sign-in procedure, the escorted zones, and the fixed service window.

One-week paid pilot

Qualified recurring accounts may begin with a one-week paid introductory pilot, followed by a joint review before ongoing service is approved.

Ongoing service

Crews are background-checked Qinti W-2 employees with supervisor checks against the written scope. Qinti has served Los Angeles-area clients since 2008 and is insured and bonded.

Over the years, they have consistently provided outstanding service.

Useful questions

Before we walk the branch.

Branch and operations managers ask about vetting and access first. These are the standard questions.

Are the crews who hold branch access vetted?

Yes. Qinti crews are background-checked W-2 employees rather than rotating subcontractors, and Qinti submits the crew roster in advance so your institution can verify every person who will hold branch access.

How is the vault handled?

Vault and cash handling areas are serviced only while open and with authorized personnel present. Crews are never left unaccompanied in those areas. If your procedure excludes them entirely, the scope excludes them.

Will Qinti sign a non-disclosure agreement for the branch?

Yes. Qinti will sign an NDA covering branch layout, security routines, and anything observed on site. Crews work confined to authorized zones and follow your sign-in and sign-out procedure on every visit.

When do you clean a bank branch?

After close by default, so no cleaning happens in front of members. The window is fixed rather than variable, which matters for institutions that log and audit after-hours entry.

Can you service multiple branches?

Yes. Multi-branch accounts are scoped to one written standard so every location opens the same way, with per-branch access procedure documented individually.
