Routine hard-floor and mat maintenance, with sports-floor refinishing quoted separately.
Break and holiday resets

A named, vetted crew
Crews are background-checked W-2 employees, not rotating subcontractors. Qinti submits the crew roster in advance, works to your badge and sign-in procedure, and will sign a non-disclosure agreement covering anything seen on site.

Yes. Crews are background-checked W-2 employees, and Qinti submits the roster in advance. Any additional screening, fingerprinting, or check-in procedure your district requires is confirmed during the walkthrough before service begins.

After the last session or overnight, so the building is empty and ready before the first arrival. Access, check-in procedure, and alarm handling are documented during the walkthrough.
Do you work around breaks and holidays?
Yes. The written scope states how breaks, holidays, and event weekends are handled, including whether reduced service or a deeper reset is scheduled during longer closures.
How do you reduce illness spreading through the building?
By concentrating frequency on the surfaces that actually transmit: desks, door hardware, switches, shared supplies, and restroom fixtures, on a documented daily pass rather than spread evenly across square footage.
Can you handle cafeteria and gym floors?
Routine cafeteria and gym floor maintenance is part of the recurring scope. Specialty floor refinishing, stripping, and sports-floor treatment are quoted separately.
