From the Qinti team
Deep Cleaning vs. Regular Cleaning
Compare what a regular clean and a deep clean cover, from everyday kitchen and bathroom care to oven interiors, blinds, and baseboards.

Regular cleaning maintains a home you’re using every day. Deep cleaning gives the team time to work through accumulated residue and the details a regular visit doesn’t usually reach. The right choice depends on the condition of the home and what you want to be different when the visit ends.
Pick the service that matches the work
- Regular cleaning: Kitchen counters, bathroom fixtures, reachable dust, and floors need their usual care.
- Deep cleaning: Grease in the oven, dust on blinds, or residue on baseboards has built up.
- Move-out cleaning: The home is empty, and cabinet interiors need to be ready for a walkthrough.
What a regular clean covers
In a kitchen, the team focuses on food prep surfaces, the sink, cooktop, and appliance exteriors. In bathrooms, it’s the shower or tub, toilet, sink, mirror, and floor. Bedrooms and living spaces get reachable dusting, floor care, and attention to the preferences you’ve shared, like whether to make the beds. These are the rooms and surfaces that benefit from steady visits. Use the room-by-room checklist to choose your regular priorities.
What a Qinti deep clean adds
- Kitchen: The team cleans inside the oven and refrigerator as well as the kitchen’s everyday surfaces. Let us know if either appliance is particularly greasy or needs extra time. Clear fridge shelves you want cleaned so we can reach them.
- Edges and trim: Baseboards get attention, especially at corners and along the edges of busy hallways.
- Glass and blinds: We include interior windows and blinds. Point out fragile blinds or access limitations before the visit.
- Bathrooms: Allow time to address buildup around fixtures, showers, and tubs. Tell us about any natural stone or other finishes that need special care.
Cabinet interiors aren’t included in the standard deep clean. If you’re vacating an empty property and want them cleaned for handoff, see the move-out checklist.
Decide what to do first
A deep clean is a useful starting point if it has been a while since the home had detailed attention or if you want a reset after a busy season. On an occupied home with only one or two areas of buildup, tell us which rooms matter most. Size, condition, and the work you want included shape how much time the team needs. After the first visit, a regular cleaning schedule can keep the main living areas comfortable with less buildup between visits.
Common questions
Are cabinet interiors included in Qinti’s deep clean?
Cabinet interiors are outside the standard deep cleaning scope. They are a standard part of our move-out cleaning, or can be discussed separately for a deep clean.
