Car Dealership Cleaning in Los Angeles

Five buildings
under one roof.

Cleaning for Los Angeles car dealerships, scoped separately for the showroom, service bay, customer lounge, and back office, because each one needs a different standard.

The property

A dealership is not one facility.

A showroom, a service garage, a customer lounge, a detail bay, and an outdoor lot share an address and need almost nothing in common from a cleaning program. One scope covering all of them at the same standard fails at both ends.

Showroom

A retail environment where the floor finish is part of the product display and the glass is judged from the street.

Service bay

An industrial environment with road grit, oil, antifreeze, and slip-resistant floors that require degreasers rather than a mop.

Customer lounge

Where buyers wait, sometimes for hours, forming an opinion of the whole dealership from a coffee station and a restroom.

The scope

A separate standard for each zone.

The scope splits the property and sets a frequency and method per zone rather than averaging them into one checklist.

Showroom floors

Hard floors serviced daily to stay scuff-free and glossy, including the floor under and around displayed vehicles, with burnishing or polishing on a cycle for tile, marble, or polished concrete.

Showroom glass

Entry doors, display windows, and partitions kept streak-free, because showroom glass is evaluated from the sidewalk before anyone walks in.

Service bay

Degreasing, fluid spill response with appropriate absorbents, and slip-hazard control on durable floors that collect road salt and grit from every vehicle driven in.

Customer lounge and restrooms

Seating, coffee stations, tables, and restrooms reset repeatedly through the day, because this is where waiting customers form their judgment.

Sales offices and back office

Desks, glass-walled offices, and staff areas on the recurring standard, cleaned around paperwork.

Before open, every day

Display areas are finished before the dealership opens so the first walk-in sees a completed showroom rather than a crew working.

How we begin

We scope the zones separately.

The walkthrough treats the dealership as several buildings and prices them that way.

Complimentary walkthrough

We tour showroom, service, lounge, detail, and office areas separately, noting floor types, glass, fluid exposure, and the hours each zone can be worked.

Written scope and frequency

You receive a zone-by-zone scope with its own frequency and method, the floor-care cycle, and the pre-open window for display areas.

One-week paid pilot

Qualified recurring accounts may begin with a one-week paid introductory pilot, followed by a joint review before ongoing service is approved.

Ongoing service

Crews are background-checked Qinti W-2 employees with supervisor checks against the written scope. Qinti has served Los Angeles-area clients since 2008 and is insured and bonded.

Over the years, they have consistently provided outstanding service.

Useful questions

Before we walk the dealership.

General managers ask about the showroom first and the service bay second. These are the questions.

Do you clean the service bay as well as the showroom?

Yes, but under a different scope. Service bays need degreasers, fluid spill absorbents, and slip-hazard control for floors carrying road grit and oil, which is a completely different method from a showroom floor finish.

How often do showroom floors need service?

Daily, including the floor under and around displayed vehicles, with burnishing or polishing on a separate cycle depending on the floor type. Showroom floor appearance is part of the vehicle display.

Can the showroom be finished before we open?

Yes, and that is the standard arrangement. Display areas and glass are completed before opening so the first customer sees a finished showroom rather than a cleaning crew.

Do you handle fluid spills in the shop?

Fluid spills are cleaned using appropriate absorbents and disposal methods as part of the service-bay scope. Hazardous materials handling and regulated waste disposal remain with your own compliant process.

What about the customer lounge during the day?

Lounges and customer restrooms often justify a day porter, because they degrade fastest and are seen by every waiting buyer. Many dealerships pair daytime lounge coverage with an overnight showroom and service scope.
